There are presently 11 mooring balls located in White Bay with a rather large spacing between each. The (Orange) moorings in the Northern corner of the Bay are private. Fee was $30, collected by Guana Island Hotel Corp. *** NOTE: One of the balls near the middle of the field was labeled “Do not use in high winds or waves, 35′ max.” *** Upon arrival @ 2:30 pm, 1 was occupied and 10 open. 15 public mooring balls in early Dec 2016.

Scenic anchorage with sundowner views. Uncomfortable with any northerly swell. Susceptible to gusty winds coming down the hillside and around the island.
